Effective October 17, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at rden.law (the "Site"), which is operated by Arden Legal, PC ("Arden," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about Arden and the areas in which we practice. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Arden. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when we have run a conflicts check, agreed to represent you, and both of us have signed a written engagement letter.
The information on the Site may not reflect the most current legal developments and may not apply to your situation. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of anything on the Site without seeking advice from a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.
Sending us a message through the Site, by email or otherwise does not make you a client. Until we have confirmed an engagement in writing, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information. Anything you send before an engagement is confirmed may not be treated as privileged or confidential, and sending it will not prevent us from representing another party in a matter adverse to you.
The Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct of some jurisdictions. Any description of prior matters or results is provided for general information and does not guarantee a similar outcome in any other matter. Every matter depends on its own facts.
Arden Legal, PC is a California professional corporation. Our attorneys are licensed in the jurisdictions listed in their biographies and practice only in those jurisdictions or as otherwise permitted by law.
The Site and its content, including text, the "(a)rden" name and marks, logos, graphics and design, are owned by Arden or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from the Site or its content, or use our name or marks, without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, or that scrapes, harvests or indexes content or contact information from the Site by automated means.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services to deliver content or process form submissions. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites or services, their content, or their privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arden and its shareholders, attorneys, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to operations@rden.law.
