Effective October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arden Legal, PC ("Arden," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit rden.law (the "Site") or contact us through it. It does not cover information we receive from clients in the course of a legal engagement, which is governed by our engagement letter and our professional obligations of confidentiality.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send, typically your name, email address, company and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host the Site keep standard logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. The Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services.
Fonts. The Site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and Google may receive your IP address and standard request data as part of that request. Google's use of that data is described in Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only as needed to run the Site and respond to you:
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain conflicts records, and otherwise as required by our professional obligations and applicable law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential information through the Site before we have confirmed an engagement in writing.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from your use of the Site, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to our record-keeping and professional obligations. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act or another privacy law applies to Arden and to you, you have the rights that law provides, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
