Nima Maleki

Nima helps founders, investors and technology companies turn ambitious ideas into practical legal and commercial strategies. His practice brings together fintech regulation and complex transactional work, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and bespoke cross-border corporate structures.

Over a decade, Nima has represented fintech, blockchain and technology companies across the full arc of their growth, guiding token and crypto product launches, payment and money-transmission matters, open-banking compliance, commercial agreements, corporate governance, venture financings and acquisitions. He is drawn to matters that do not come with an established playbook, and works with founders to pressure-test assumptions and build a roadmap that is both legally sound and commercially workable.
